I live in western New York. In the burbs. I'm used to the rain. But the rain in the tropics sounds different on the water, feels and looks SO different than it does over the Great Lakes (and the Finger Lakes for that matter).
It's warm I know ;)

The colors though - are breathtaking even in a storm.
And they feel more random, crazily haphazard in a way.
I do like a good storm.
